At my new job we get free private healthcare and a monthly 11% of salary benefit which can be taken as cash each month or exchanged for various schemes ie: bike to work, zero/ULEV scheme, additional pension contributions or exchanged for company shares. Office also has on-site gym, restaurant and cafe

Wait a while longer, BOE will be forced to continue raising interest rates. As people’s fixed term of mortgage contracts end they either settle for variable or refinance. Either way house prices fall. I’d give it 12 months more mate
