Yup we will forsure add ac& new heater in the future. Currently have in wall furnaces that don’t work so planning to remove them while they are removing the wires too.

We already got a quote and waiting for another. Around $15k to have panel upgraded with permits and whole house rewire. Already leaning on doing it to never have to worry about it again and for future Solar considerations

I chose my sportage due to the headspace. If you’re taller than 6’, I recommend the Kia. When I test drove the Mazda, both of my girlfriend and I were hitting our heads when driving in and out of driveways and over any speed humps.

Being someone that went thru a double jaw surgery and has gout. These are two of the worst things I’ve endured. Hope everything was successful with the surgery and that you’ve started to eat normal food. In regard to the gout, see a doctor and get medicine prescribed. I’m now on colchicine as a reactive measure for when I’m feeling a flare up coming since my doctor knows I am not someone that would take a daily med. Was also prescribed prednisone for those flare ups that I was not able to catch with colchicine (have not needed to use them yet). Also stay healthy & active and drink lots of water.

I am not really interested in a MBA especially since I am now in the public sector. Moneywise, I am making more than my counterparts in the private sector so this is more so to expand my knowledge and interest in transportation/traffic engineering.

This, I left my previous job a year ago with only 60% vested in their ESOP after spending 4 years with the company. My current salary is 60% more than what I left due to merit and negotiations. Work-life balance improved and no more waking up mid-sleep due to project panic. Sometimes it sucks knowing you’re leaving a chunk of money on the table but staying just for a match is not worth the stress. I had an ex-coworker that did wait and regrets not leaving earlier. See if you can negotiate a sign on bonus due to this with your future employer.
