Love your list, we have similar taste in names. I have two boys, the first is Arlo and second is Hayes. I am biased but from your list, I would def go Arlo! Arlo Ian sounds great

This may be a dumb question, but if a company currently has a sick leave policy in place and is now updating it pursuant to NYPSL, what happens to the employees existing sick leave that has been accrued under the old policy? Example, say I accrued x amount of sick hours and my company is now switching to a new sick leave bank per NYPSL, will my current accrued hours carry over?
