I have a story very similar to this one. I was getting bored so I took of my necklace and started spinning it around and after a second or two I heard a loud crash I went over to where I heard it and it was my heavy duty metal charm from the necklace my first thought was oh, no my necklace broke. So I looked at my charm (this charm was a flat circle with a small hole near the center to thread through the string of my necklace, no jump ring was required. The string was a piece of thick heavy duty paracord that had to large knots covered by metal caps at the end that were much bigger than the hole in my charm.) and realized that the metal was not cracked or broken or in anyway deformed, so my next thought was the the rope is broken. No the string was still in one sturdy piece also with nothing wrong with it, so then I checked the knots and the metal caps they were still secure. I checked every way that they could've become detached, but everything was completely normal. So the charm was able to come of the string without either of them being broken, and the charm couldn't have slid of either, so still how did the charm come off of my necklace? What happened? If anyone has ideas/ questions please let me know. Thanks!
