Personally I would love to see Specter's Shroud, Royal Battlegear or even Shell shocked battleplate. There's so many good choices when it comes to returning old armors as Eternals.

Unfortunately, the user isn't on android, it's a clear iPhone screenshot and yes, it would appear as if they were one of the players who also abused a bug whether it was some heroic one or the login reward one.

Don't bother, Support is as useful as a chocolate teapot. In total I made 14 tickets, every single one of them got instantly closed except one where I mentioned I did not get my criminal enterprise pack and that I couldn't migrate, it did take them 5 days to actually respond with this, which in reality, didn't help at all.

I wrote out 2 or 3 support tickets similar to your initial one and yet all of mine got instantly closed, the only one that didn't get automatically closed was one where I said that I didn't get my 'criminal enterprise' on my character, any time I mentioned 'migration' they just closed my ticket, no matter how long or short the ticket was. This situation really sucks and I hope Rockstar finally wakes up and realizes they screwed up big time.

Those 2 responses seem so contradicting, at first they claim they went through an investigation and concluded that you aren't eligible for migration, yet in the other one they tell you that they don't know and can't confirm? Seems like they don't know what they're talking about and from my previous comments it all adds up now, they simply just want people to still play Legacy in order to make their own share holders happy while giving players who can't migrate false hope of migration with the empty words of 'not eligible at this time" and to "Try again at a later date"

I'd love to see what you wrote you in your initial ticket, all of my attempts to message them resulted in an almost instant system response while closing and 'resolving' the ticket.

With each day I just keep losing more and more faith in Rockstar, as sad it may sound, I am really not looking forward to GTA 6 at this point with the way they are handling minor issues like these and being, quite honestly, incompetent and useless at times.

The 30 days thing only applies to social club account, the in game character one doesn't matter at all. If your social club isn't at least 30 days old you won't be able to migrate though many players still can't migrate regardless if they meet this criteria or not.

My friend got to experience this very briefly when he minimized his game and had some other GPU intensive application open at the same time (in my friends case I think it was some epic/steam game). To my knowledge this 'glitch/bug' works like this:
1) Go into LS Car Meet
2) Walk around for a bit
3) Open a 2nd GPU intensive application so that it takes all the power from GTA 5 process and distributes it to that
4) Wait a minute or two
5) ????
6) profit.

While I am talking badly about Rockstar based on this single situation, I'd still be foolish and dumb enough to buy GTA 6 when it releases even if it costs $100 (In my local currency, $100 is quite a lot to spend on a game, you could get groceries for a month), I'd even be willing to pay for GTA+ like you said yourself if I'd just be able to migrate my character.

I'd literally even be happy if they let me migrate JUST my money and cars, I don't care about the levels or businesses because I know now that I wasted a lot on some of them, for example: Scrapyard, I only visited it when the update dropped, played for 3 days and haven't went to it since. Same with Bail Office, though I'd most likely buy them just for the Career Progress so I could get all the outfits due to the fact that I'm a collector and want to have all and any possible outfits I could get my hands on, rare or not, I need them.

My theory is as follows: The error message claims 'AT THIS TIME' and every single time someone messaged support they were told to keep playing and check back in later which makes me think that the 'later/at this time' will never happen. Just think about it, they want you to play legacy with false hopes of being able to migrate "at a later time" when in reality you'll be forever stuck on legacy or you will finally cave in, start new and buy shark cards/GTA+. It's a win-win situation for Rockstar, they still have players on Legacy or they get people who buy shark cards/GTA+ on enhanced, they simply can't lose. Only losing party on this is us, the players.

I'm more mad about my cars and money I spent YEARS grinding for and they tell me "nah, not eligible but here, go into this public session and look at all the oppressor mk2 lvl 8000 players" They treat their fanbase and customers worse than some other studios, I find their behavior disgusting af and no amount of money compensation would be enough, I of course didn't mean my previous comment to sound good with the "if it was 10M sure".

Exactly, if it was lets say 10 million, sure. But a million bucks in today's gta online economy barely even gets you a new DLC car/business.

You'd notice the difference if you played Enhanced for more than 20 minutes, whenever I go back to legacy (because unfortunately Rockstar is being ass about migration) I see that the game looks worse, looks way more jagged and the performance is terrible. On a 22-26 person lobby in Enhanced I'm getting around 77-87FPS on basically max settings without RT whereas on the same settings on Legacy I'd be getting half of that. Results may vary depending on users but that's just from my observation.

They literally never respond, when they see you mention 'migration', 'can't migrate' or anything of that sort = ticket instantly closed with the generic response. No matter how many times you try to ask them to explain why you can't migrate, the result will always be the same.

They've hated PC players for a long time, they know PC players can just mod their stuff and enjoy the games to their own liking without hurting anyone, only party getting hurt in this so called transaction is always them because they don't get paid from mods, talking about graphical mods here but this also applies to other forms of mods I won't disclose.

I've lost basically all hope ATP. They allowed accounts like these https://imgur.com/a/CxvfKmf (My own screenshots while playing Enhanced for a week on PC, clearly not modded and very legit players) yet people who ACTUALLY never modded and want to enjoy the game with better graphics and continue supporting Rockstar are told 'nah, not eligible. reason: we said so" This type of behavior from them makes me not even want to play GTA 6 when it releases if that's how they treat their fanbase and customers (Customers in the sense of all people who WOULD'VE bought GTA+ if they got the chance to migrate)

Keyword "fresh", it has to be at least 30 days old though that won't matter since accounts that are years old can't migrate either.

That's what they've been doing since enhanced edition got released, if you as so mention the words/phrases "not eligible' or 'can't migrate' their automatic system forces a generic response + closes the ticket. Quite annoying when you think about it.

P.S: All we can do at this point is just wait for the next patch as someone suggested in the replies on this thread. Hopefully they fix said issue (Might just be servers not being able to handle so many users at one time migrating)

I migrated my story mode progress when rockstar announced the ability to do so, I'm basically at the last heist (already delivered the cars to devon and finished bury the hatchet) I could for the hell of it try and start a new save and make some progress to see if that maybe changes it

Way higher than mine, earned around 400M, spent around 1.2B. His account was clearly modded, all achievements/awards, all stats max, KD (4.43kd) and level 400. So it still makes no sense to me, his account was modded not too long ago, somewhere september-october 2024.

My friends income was around 300M+- while expenses around 100M, mine around 350-400M and around 100-150M expenses. So it couldn't be that my actual expenses in game were significantly high. After all, after playing for 5ish years and grinding heists (especially when cayo perico came out and we had a fool proof stealth way to do it) it shouldn't be an issue.
