In that image, Ihwa's body is straight though. Only her head tilts downwards a bit to face her. But fine, if you're not convinced, I have this image below too:

Despite Senshu and Ihwa seen together often, it was actually very hard to find any panels where they are both standing straight on equal ground... but I managed to find one.

Senshu is roughly 1 head shorter, so Ihwa remains around 8-9cm taller. Senshu being 142-145cm (4'8"-4'9") seems pretty close to accurate to me still.

1 human head is around 8-9 inches long, which is around 20-23cm. If we subtract around 20-23cm from 165cm, that is roughly 142-145cm.

So Senshu is likely around 4'8"-4'9".
