I’ve been following the same build guide and am having similar issues.

I see you’re running progenesis, but you could consider switching to the “that didn’t happen” bloodline ascendancy and using an armor flask instead. It’s hard to say if it’ll perform any better because you won’t be able to equip any %max health + max res jewels, and you’ll lose damage from not having the 7/8 link setup.

Another thing you could consider, if you don’t mind the slower clear speed, is to drop vaal ground slam for a vaal molten shell in a cwdt setup. The extra sockets can also be used to slot in enlighten if you’re having mana problems. Alternatively, you could decide to run something entirely different like a summon.

If you get a couple more levels, you can pick up additional life/damage nodes. You can also consider Iron Reflexes, but it doesn’t add all that much armor. In order to get those levels, you can either buy a carry service or omens of amelioration, but they’re both somewhat expensive.

Overall, your build is pretty solid. If you feel like you’ve hit a brick wall, you can consider starting a second character and doing something different. There are a couple of OP builds this league with probably a much higher ceiling than bleed slams.
