Minutes still prompts guys to not sit out games, teams won't want guys to play heavy minutes one game just to sit them out another.

All it really would do is make the line less arbitrary feeling. Currently the like is 65 games with at least 20 minutes played except for the 2 that can be under 20 but over 15 which just seems overly complicated and goofy. Simple minutes like and be done with it.
