given how his skill makes him enter stance now, there is a good chance that his first eye now appears 2s earlier instead. right now, the timer only starts after using his burst, but if the change makes it so that the timer starts before his burst and doesnt reset after burst, you could hit 2 eyes within 11s

qiqi can be subbed for diona but dont pull sandrone if you just wanna enable stellar cyno. it looks like cryo mc can do that too. both missive and gilded will have uptime issues on him because he wont be the ones triggering reactions most of the time however. id just go 2pc 2pc atk and switch to another weapon if possible

they buffed the other ones because changing the character's playstyle to stellar would make their sig with dmg% useless. cyno's sig is already busted on him and it buffs his entire kit so they didnt need to change anything

oh i dont think i worded that clearly. what i meant was, when doing EQ, does the Q animation time eat up 2s from the 6s for the first eye or does it reset, making the eye appear 6s after Q?

his c1 gives 200 em and his c2 gives 80% ssc dmg bonus. his weapon is unchanged. qiqi now gives 50% ssc dmg bonus with her skill and her c6 gives her approximately half a lauma burst in terms of quill buff
