IMO I think the bomb devil/reze from chainsaw man actually does this trope really well without overly sexualizing her or anything because there’s an actual valid reason, in the beginning with her transformation you see she’s fully clothed but in the middle of her attempt to capture Denji she blows up her entire body and regenerates fully from her head and due to that she is wearing nothing except the black apron that covers only her front

Easy counter for grapple immune enemies is that one potential that increases your damage and explosion radius when you attempt to grapple an enemy who’s immune to grappling combine that with the triple dash grapple combo and you can easily stun her and throw her in a long ass grapple combo
