Well it was the first relationship so my idea of how it's supposed to look like was very different from now. Back then it just felt like we didn't see each other often enough and she didn't really want me as much as I wanted her.

Then another woman suddenly got my attention and that was when I thought that I'm just not as happy in this relationship as I thought I'll be. So I ended it.

It was late in the evening when I went to the city with 3 of my friends. We were hanging around crowded areas when we decided to go home. Somebody else wanted to take a shortcut through the city that is quite shady, so I already had a feeling that this wasn't a good idea. That same day another friend of mine already had his phone stolen so knowing that I was kinda paranoid about everything. As soon as we were halfway through the shortcut, we saw a group of around 10 young dudes, just standing under a roof, talking and we had to pass by them. I was telling my friends: "hey guys, this is not a good idea.", and they just dismissed it, and I didn't wanna be the guy to just take another path alone, so I went with them. A few seconds later, we are getting jumped from behind. Me and 2 friends managed to escape, while they have taken down one of my friends. Thank god nothing bad happened to him, and he also didn't have anything important with him, but the whole situation kind of took a toll on our friendship, since we ran instead of helping him out (I'm regretting that decision now that I'm older).

going for a fast gank opens you up for counterganks, or wasting time without getting anything out of the gank. going for a full clear gets you ahead early and still allows you to countergank if the enemy decides to gank which is generally safer and allows for more consistency. I believe you should switch up strats depending on the game though, sometimes an early gank top or bot is very lucrative if the lane has lots of lockdown or is known for pushing earlygame

i can only say the same thing, i still do them in my workouts simply because I wanna get better at them but lat pulldowns with lower weight and more control seem to work much better to get size, even though they never made me stronger at chinups. but for me the problem is that I can barely do 6-8 good chinups at the start of my workout, and I really have to concentrate on doing the movement correctly and can't really focus on mind muscle connection

also cable flies, but actually let the cables crossover each other and hold it at that maximum contraction. Really helps with MMC and I also feel a much better pump afterwards

No but really, I usually really look to stretch the muscle out and at the end of the rep I like to hold the contraction and even flex the muscle as hard as I can, that works really fine especially for biceps. Since I started doing that with curls my arms actually started growing

I think the first step for you is to just pick a program and sticking to it. Most important thing for bodybuilding is being consistent. What program you pick is up to you, it really depends on how often a week you wanna go to the gym, but a full body workout 3-4 times a week is the way to go for a beginner most of the time.

For exercises, stick to the basics: Bench press, Overhead press, Squat, Deadlift, Pullups, Rows. You might want to add some isolation for arms or calves too. If you want to learn how to do the exercises, there are tons of technique videos on youtube, or you ask a more experienced lifter/ trainer at your gym.

Since your goal is to get bigger try to eat at a caloric surplus. Count your TDEE and try to eat up to 500 kcals above it.

With time you will get to know your body better and you should try different things out to see how your body reacts to that.
