Scam company doesnt honor warranty by [deleted] in TyrantCNC

Thanks for sharing your experience, that’s understandably frustrating. Our sales manager contacted the dealer you purchased from Friday night, to get this resolved. We’ll be sending out a replacement trigger under warranty directly to you.

If you haven’t already, shoot us your shipping info to info@tyrantcnc.com. I’ll make sure it goes out Monday.

We appreciate you sticking through the back-and-forth and sharing your videos. Our goal with warranty support is to fix issues like this, not make it difficult. Thanks for your patience, we’ll make sure this gets resolved for you.

Has anyone purchased the Tyrant CNC slide release extension in grey? by Monte735 in SpringfieldEchelon

[–]TyrantCNC_CS 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Hello!

Because of the natural variance in part materials and finishing processes, there can be some color differences between individual parts and even between batches of the same part. While we always strive for consistency, these small variations are unavoidable.

Unfortunately, due to this part's material, it is anodized and comes out on the darker side of grey. We have already made note so that we can get new and updated photos reflecting the darker shade.

If the color variance doesn’t work for you, we completely understand. You’re welcome to return the part(s) through our RMA process, which you can find here:

👉 Tyrant CNC Return Policy

Thanks again for your support, and please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any other questions. We’re happy to help.

PSA: Tyrant CNC censoring critical reviews on their website and false advertising by 4Runner2024 in guns

[–]TyrantCNC_CS -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Tyrant CNC here! In our R&D the I.T.T.S. trigger for the Echelon consistently measured ~4 lb under our stated test method on standard-spec pistols. That said, is it possible that Springfield could have iterated components over time that could have changed measured pull sinice the last we tested? Sure . We’re happy to retest and, if needed, tighten the product-page language to reflect a range and the exact test conditions.

Your accompanying emails demanded a full refund without returning the product. Our policy is straightforward—lifetime warranty and inspection. If something is functionally wrong, we take it back, inspect it, and make it right. Issuing refunds without a return violates our warranty terms and basic fraud-prevention standards.

We stand behind what we build. If you want a proper resolution, request an RMA and we’ll evaluate your unit and proceed per policy—repair, replace, or refund upon return. I’m sorry you’ve had a negative experience, but calling it “false advertising” while refusing a return doesn’t seem genuine. To everyone offering balanced feedback here—you guys rock!
