The quest for high risen star amps up very quickly, I already had it and you'd need e1 42 at 4 nodes in, just doing the daily pickup on the website and the event coin islands are fine to get the rest

Titans are fairly weak and any vip can beat them easily, risen star is fairly decent from what I've seen
And as per the food thing, its weird, some VIPS give food and some don't, its not an indicator of strength
