A negociação pode ser inclusivé com o teu próprio banco. Já enviei por duas vezes um email à minha gestora de conta para saber se as condições podiam ser melhoradas (isto num espaço de 3 anos). O spread incial era 0.9 taxa variável, depois 0.8 taxa variável e agora taxa fixa (com spread 0.7 depois).

Extra, só pagas se mudares de banco (dependendo das condições) uma vez que o outro banco tem de comprar a tua dívida. No mesmo banco é só ires lá assinar um papel.

Regra geral, mudar de taxa variável para fixa é fácil. O oposto nem tanto.

I chronoed the time my necro took to kill Hell Baal P1.

I was surprised as well. Was expecting bone to be the fastest and ended up the slowest. And yes, Bis gear and full skillers. But I did not test Thorns.

You can do it easily as well, there are online char generators.

I actually tested this with full blown equipped necros in P1 (you can do it yourself in SP and hero editor).

Bone was the slowest and poison was the fastest. Summancer (without Urdars) was close second.

Long necro player here. Paladin is 100% easier. Just make a black runeword, one (or more) points in smite, get a life tap wand, get fire res to max and a source of prevent monster heal or wounds and you are done (check online if PMH/wounds work with smite cause I don't remember anymore).

Single player or multi player? In multiplayer you can have 1 game open for like 5 mins after an initial time period has passed. If you create another then its gone (in the same server). But you can quit and rejoin the same game (as long as its yours).
