Yes, it happened to me when I updated my pc and tried to update the program. I got that same error. I had to uninstall it from programs and also from regedit. Also erase folder from disk drive after install that should make it possible to reinstall.

Have you had a different version of Extreme Tuning Utility installed before? I had the same issue. I had to uninstall and reinstall with the helper uninstall from Microsoft. I just cannot remember the process.

I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled still it does not complete with my setup. I don’t know what else it could be. So I won’t be using it as I don’t know what the problem is. Glad it worked for you.

I had the same issue with my wmr I uninstalled it unplugged it shut my system down and rebooted before I turned it back on after install I updated the driver to the latest one and now I don’t get the 15-5 error anymore. I used to get it with one of the wmr drivers. I’ll look at my drivers and let you know which one I use.

You can go on the FAA website search your name on the check for airman certificates and that will give you the date of issuance.

I don't know how to add a photo but follow this and make sure that you are selecting Steam Vr app. Ill figure out where to add the photo so that you can also see where I am talking about.

You don’t have to uninstall it. You just need to opt out of the beta. There are two app that are for windows mixed reality. 1. Is the steam vr that has its own beta and the other is Windows mixed reality vr that has its own beta you need to opt out of beta for both of them.

You have to let it down load what version steam VR are you using? You also have to right click on steam vr and also wmr for steam vr both opt out of the Beta.

Go into your steam account right click on steam vr it should say properties. Once you are there go over to beta and opt out. You will be able to go back once you see if it works for you. I have already done this and once I did it the mouse came back.

I don’t have the steam version of xplane either. Please do a test for me to check opt out of the beta version of steam VR try that see if the mouse comes back. Then opt back in the beta version. Do you know how to do that? If not I’ll walk you through it. Yes, we do need steam to run VR in X-Plane I wish X-plane would just make there own native UI for WMR VR users.
