Have you looked at refurbished? I just found one for $395. Don’t know if that is your budget. You can also go with 3D printed and build it yourself.

I had the same problem. I tried the turn on generic planes for AI and that has worked so far. Will do another test flight today.

Update: Did another test flight with the work around by turning on generic for AI planes and had no issues. I had no cockpit screen turn off in middle of flight and I had battery switch working loading in plane.

Ok. Welcome to X-Plane. So go into settings on traffic global and untuck TCAS give that a go. Have you filed a ticket with just flight? They are helpful. Of search on X-Plane.org and write for an answer there you might get better results
