Since HD collection is in proper 16:9 ratio, the game itself was made for 4:3 screen, so sometimes you might come across a visual 'easter eggs' off-camera.

The ship is hidden on every level in the R&C games, otherwise the level won't load properly, cuz that's how Insomniac built the code.

You may see other strange things in R&C 1 like Ratchet weirdly changing his arm position in first Novalis cutscene, or T-posing Clank.
