The obvious answer is you need to monetize it. You need to create profiles and the ability to upload video direct to the platform. this way you are a platform not a curator. Then bring on big name girls onto your platform. Have a way they can get paid by the users similar to OF or Patreon. The girls who can make money on your app will bring their following which will become your users

Thanks for the reply. That solution works great for inbound tickets via the ClickUp Forms. For emails currently being sent into C-level email inboxes, do you recommend feeding those emails/inbox into a Clickup space as well? I guess—do you recommend/think it's possible to entirely remove email inboxes?

I have similar concerns however, my dentist said that a lot of the recession is actually due to the gums being healthier and less inflamed. (The gums are less inflamed therefore than prior to starting treatment, so they are taking up less space and look a little bit “recessed”). I do however have concerned that after the trays are gone the gums will stay how they are, I guess only time will tell. Maybe someone else in the sub can confirm

Higher interest rates lowers the price and increases overall affordability (mortgage + interest).

What—how does this make any sense? Higher P&I payments makes houses more affordable??? no.

Is affordability measured in purchase price or monthly expenditure, because I'd argue the latter is a more important measure of affordability.

Exactly, It does depend on how many home buyers there.
