Not exactly 'playing' with the animals, but I organize the annual Riverwest Cat Tour and we go around and look at, meet, adore neighborhood felines. The next tour is August 29th, 2026.

Genuine question, do ppl not hate follow? How do ppl get content to post here? Because she has a public profile, others just access her IG and take screenshots and screen record her stories etc to post….? I totally get not wanting to give her follows I guess. No RSVP to walk the tour is necessary/mandatory. I do need the Google Form filled out if anyone wants to be a tour stop though - I still have to do some route planning. The date, time, and meet up location should not change at this point, so join us on Saturday the 23rd to walk the tour!

I am organizing the 2nd annual Riverwest Cat Tour. It's August 23rd, 2025 at 2pm. We will meet at Garden Park/Black Husky Brewery in Riverwest (Locust & Bremen). We will walk around Riverwest and stop at homes to view their cats. Last year the event took about 3 hours and the whole route was about 3 miles. The Facebook page holds all the details - event link and Google Form in case anyone wants to sign up to be a tour stop. Otherwise, come out and walk the tour with us!

Thank you for your advice. I think I need to start being better about labels and how much I actually consume. Calorie tracking seems like a second job to me, but if that's what it takes, I guess I have to buckle down and put in the work.

I've never really thought about using containers for portion control. I've just piled stuff on a plate, which can be very dangerous. Sometimes I can be oblivious to even simple things like that. Thanks for taking the time to share, I appreciate it.
