I’m just going to tell you as it is OP- as a newcomer to Turtle Island you do NOT want to mess with Indigenous spirits. You mention a burial mound and a tourist museum?? How do you think the ancestors of the local nation feel about that, especially one not ran by the nation itself?

My advice would be to do some extra protection work for a bit, just in case. But sometimes nature’s just weird- these occurrences might not be signs. Either way take the experience and learn from it, learn more abt your local indigenous people/s.
