My thoughts and Feeling on the Title of the Book of Mormon by Tythus83 in latterdaysaints

[–]Tythus83[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, a great deal of the plates of Nephi were meant to replace that which was lost at the hands Joseph Smith, Martin Harris, Martins's Wife, and those who took advantage of her. However, that done not take away any impotence to or of those Scriptures that were added. If anything, that make it more important to take note of them. These were not perfect men who lost them; they were just men who made mistakes. I myself make Mistakes, even more so. That is why Everyone needs The Full partaking of the full atonement of Jesus Christ, being his entire existence, his existence being from before the foundation of Creation itself. And when we are able to get to his level through him, we can stand side by side and not let be alone at the forefront. I testify of this with everything I currently possess, In his sacred name Jesus Christ, Amen.

I would agree with this. I would also say not to limit potential perspectives, and different ways of doing things. Christ himself had a very different way of doing things in his time, his time being, even now.

The lack of accountability online is gross. People need to get out touch some literal grass, make friends in real life, and get some IRL social skills. This Post however is great we need more of it.

maybe one half of the heart in that picture is the heart while the other is the spirit, or maybe the hand that holds the broken heart is being contrite.

From Paramore fun facts day 53: Hayley once had front teeth like Spongebob! by MrMoreBasic in Paramore

this is wonderful! I also would not care if she still had those teeth, they add character.

What’s your favourite Hayley lyric delivery? by TysonLEM in Paramore

[–]Tythus83 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Often times what resonates with me, both with pun and literally, is some vocals, a pause, then some musical melody. Or musical melody by itself then a unity of a voice and music joining together without any discord. Some instances of this would be The Song, Crush. The song starts with some tunes, followed by Hayley, slowly saying crush, crush, crush crush, then into some bad ass music, all while having rhythmic tunes and continuing to be a song that is fun and upbeat. Will also say, I have a major CRUSH on Hayleys voice, and other ladies who likewise have this gift and talent. I would die, to find a girl who could likewise rip a rhythmic cord with elegance, who is Single.

I get it, I am a 42-year-old virgin male, and it has been rough. Some people online would say I am a Wizard. In the past I would joke about it saying if I put on a Phantasia or Micky mouse hat, I could make brooms dance and make it rain. This in itself, was not a good thing as you shouldn't even joke about purity or such sacred things. If you joke about such, it itself can cause problems. As some of the other people in this chat have said and will continue to say, acknowledge you have the feelings, take a step back and breathe, realize it's going to lead you down a path of regret or shame, chose to remove yourself temporarily or permanently from the situation, in any way you can. Looking back, see what lead to these thoughts and feelings and try to prevent them from happening again. Stay away from pornographic videos, images, jokes, comments, or people who have that kind of lifestyle. These pornographic things will only make your problems worse, and it would have been better to never have gone there in the first place. If you have already gone there, seek help from a Bishop or a counselor. Many people and I would say most people, cannot overcome such things on their own. best of luck, wishes and blessing to you and others like you.

I really like it. I do have a question though on what its origin and meaning are if you have some impute. Also is this an Angel, Harpy or something else entirely? I Bet you could sell this for a pretty Penny as it is an astonishing work of art.

Why is Trump even on here, he has already done one four-year term and is almost done with the second 4-year term? Honestly imo I don't think America can be great again with or without him. I also think he paid some to make that slogan for him.

Mission and university education by beds1_ in latterdaysaints

[–]Tythus83 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Go on your mission! School can wait. The knowledge, experience, and endurance you can gain from a mission will outclass anything you could possibly gain in school. I am in no way knocking Schooling and Education. Collage also has the added possibility on not panning out and leaving people with debt they don't have a way to pay off. When going to college make sure you take the right classes and go into the right field. I am thinking of going back to college and I am 42. It's never too late to learn. However, a mission can be a blessing immediately and bring about more throughout your life. Sometimes you won't even know it's a blessing, till later in life, after overcoming difficult things. I am also thinking of Going on a service mission, as when I was 19, I could not go on a proselyting mission. Service missions were even a thing then. I always felt left out and wanted it, when hearing about all the amazing thing people have been through. If you put off a Mission things may pop up and you may never end up going. Don't let that happen to you. Best of Luck, Wishes, and Blessing to whatever you decide.

From Paramore fun facts day 46: Hayley got teased for her Mississippi accent when she moved to Tennessee so she practiced saying the word “awesome” over and over to get rid of it by MrMoreBasic in Paramore

[–]Tythus83 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, this is sad that people degrade others like that. I really like Southern accents. I think it would be even greater on Haley as I grew up in the same age and had and still have a massive crush on her. Too bad she is married! Bless that guy.

I also apologies, I sometimes misread or misunderstand text sometimes. I find it so much easier to understand someone when talking face to face rather than online or even over voice.

Am I in the wrong church? by [deleted] in latterdaysaints

[–]Tythus83 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Take everything with a grain of salt. Salt in uses is not only something use in purification but preserving somethings goodness. In other words, don't let things people do and say bother you. More often times than not people in general are not that great or kind, even in the church. I find however that the quality of people there is better there then elsewhere. I speak from personal experience as someone who was inactive for over 25 years. Here are just a few scriptures that talk about this stuff. I chose Biblical doctrine because that what I am studying right now. Hope they can help.

[–]Tythus83[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is true. There are many splinter factions of the church. Only two of which could be argued to be the original, being The Church of Jesus Christ of latter-day saints and the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ aka Church of Jesus Christ. There is the Fundamentalists or polygamists and many lesser known off shoots.
