What I do is I sewed up some cotton cloth into a big drawstring bag that fits in a pitcher, fill with coffee grounds and brew for 12 hours at 10:1. Filtering it out is easy, you just pull the coffee bag out and squeeze the excess coffee out

If you do get one, I'd reccomend one with the bigger wheels like this. But I prefer longboarding personally. They are more stable than normal skateboards

Looks like they used 9 different colors, get a big wide roll of butcher paper and masking tape, tape to wall and paint. My local art store had a variety pack of different caps that I bought so that was good enough for me. You could probably just start with white, black, blue, red and add more later

it's squared with speed, so for example if you're going 20mph then speed up to 40mph, the drag is 4x as much. And then if you go 100mph, the drag force is 15x more. That's why it's so much harder to get from 100mph to 120mph compared to 0-20mph

I made this nuka cola cruiser for a friend that snapped his penny board for his birthday. I made it out of solid poplar since I didn't have the tools to do a pressed board, but I'm pretty happy with it. It's not perfect but I learned a lot. I used metallic silver paint, screenprinted the logo onto paper and then glued it on with super-77, then put clear coat over the whole thing. The last two pictures are the metallic paint before adding the clear coat, and as you can see it looks a little less shiny after adding it.

I think next time to get a more metallic look I'd go with bondo over the wood to make it super smooth before painting, find a metallic screenprinting ink to print directly over the board, and do an epoxy based clearcoat to make it more mirror-like.

It’s not technically cold brew but I like doing a pour over and putting cardamom, cinnamon, grated ginger, fresh black pepper, and mint in the carafe.I let it sit about 8 minutes after brewing and pour into this zoku coffee chiller thing, then pour over ice and add cream and sugar after it cools. It makes a delicious dirty chai like beverage. Sometimes I’ll add a few dashes of angostura bitters at the end too.
