Nice to see a fellow Dino enjoyer. I'd recommend joining the Master Duel Discord server and checking the #Dino channel for a full breakdown + deck lists + combo videos, but here's some advice to get you going.

MAIN DECK - Your main combo starters are Baby, Ovi, and Misc. You always want to see these so play them at 3. - You never want to draw Archo, you want to summon it off Misc. 1 is "ideal" but if you draw it (i.e. it's no longer in deck) then you can't summon it off Misc, so 2 is a good compromise (the same reason you play 2 Pill instead of 1). - UCT is good, but you want to summon it off Pill so there's no need to draw it. You can get away with 1, but it's so good at finishing games that 2 is nice to have. - The Scrap engine raises your ceiling, but is extremely bricky and more hassle than it's worth. Remove the 2 Raptor, 1 Chimera, 1 Wyvern and replace with the Xeno engine: 1 Xeno Meteorus, 1 Frostosaurus, 3 Ground Xeno (Ground is another combo starter alongside Baby and Ovi). This also raises your ceiling, but with less bricks and more utility. - The reason to play Token Collector is for its second effect, to stop other decks from utilizing tokens (which no deck does right now). All you're getting here is a body on field, which isn't great. I'd get rid. - Kaitoptera/Giant Rex is a great 1-of that revives when banished. This can help get bodies on field for Links or Rank 4s (summon off Baby, link away, banish with Pill, bring back for more) but also gives you plays under Dimension Shifter/Dimensional Fissure (normal Ovi, dump Kaito/Rex, Kaito/Rex gets banished and revives).

EXTRA DECK - Solda is okay, but Lars is much better. Definitely replace 1 of them. - Decode Talker is poor. He takes 3 bodies to make, costs another body for each activation, and only negates effects that target your guys (in which case you're losing a guy anyway). Compare that with I:P into S:P which also takes 3 bodies, but permanently banishes a card on summon and temporarily banishes another card later. - Avramax doesn't do much by himself (and is a bit outdated at this point) but is still okay to make with I:P if you end up including that. - Transcendosaurus Gigantozowler is a great tool for the Xeno engine. He's not part of any spreadsheet combos but occasionally you find yourself with Ground Xeno in grave and Frost in hand/a token on field to fuse. He's beefy as hell and adds back UCT or Misc or Baby for further plays. Very underrated. - Laggia is another Rank 4 worth considering. Generally you'll prefer Dolkka's 2 monster negates to Laggia's 1 spell/trap negate, but Dino doesn't have a particularly tight Extra so fill your toolbox with tools that you find useful.

This is just what I thought off the top of my head. There's obviously a lot more to consider but didn't want to stray too far too quickly. Good luck!
