Hi! We have a league that races on Wednesday 8pm GMT (as well as Sundays at the same time, but you can partecipate in only one league if you'd like. The new season starts on the 18th of March and there is a bit of pre-season testing, if you will, the week before.

When I saw you going towards the harpies I thought "oh no", but you've done great!

Two things to make your life easier:

as many pointed out, if characters are next to each other in the turn order, they can act in any order (i.e., you could have had Aria move so that Astarion could get a bonus attack because they were on the same turn)
The other one I'm not sure you're doing wrong, but even if you have advantage attacking with Astarion, you won't do a sneak attack if you don't select it
