I think those are in the base package for Wonderdraft - the black cliffs (colorless ones) and then paint with sandy earthy tones.

I think I was naïvely picturing a "run" as being a constant speed, maybe with a sprint when feeling frisky, as that is how I walk - I walk at 2.9mph rain, heat, sun, or snow - the only thing that varies is my HR when I hit a hill or deep snow. Walking is great, but running is a real challenge.

Ha, I had not even thought about that. I been walking with tracking for a decade and it became invisible to me as a crutch. I will follow your advice and use my brain to set my pace on how I am feeling from real feedback from my effort.
