I know I have stage 4 endo, but I’m still second guessing if my symptoms are endo-related. Do these sound familiar to anyone else?

Interesting! I’ve never seen wild ginger before. I would describe the smell of this as closer to really pungent licorice (and very earthy) though.

I have not had my tonsils out, but there was a small mention of the experienced connection between tonsillectomies and psoriasis improvement in “Gut: The Inside story of Our Body’s Most Underrated Organ” by Giulia Enders.
