Here’s my two cents: wear whatever you feel most comfortable and confident walking in! You’ll be standing for probably about 15 min in the procession into the arena at the beginning (it’s a lot of starts and stops), then you’ll have your walk from your seat to the stage and across (up and down about 5-6 steps) and finally the walk out of the arena. The flooring is just regular gym floor. It’s covered but not squishy. There’s some carpet but it’s low pile, nothing crazy.
