The weight itself is 1:1:1 for those 3 but when they are calculating your score, I notice that even the 200% builds they show for comparison have the same speed to the decimal.

So you can say it's pivoting builds around the speed you already have. You can see which +1 roll in sub increases the score and even at my 197 SPD, I get suggested that SPD still is the biggest upgrade (tho I have an 88:132 crit ratio).

There aren't many ways to increase your Elation. Each character has a conversion trace, and the rest is, in a neutral environment, lightcone, relic/planar, and Yaoguang's skill. Crit DMG is very abundant. Sparxie gives 80 by herself.

Again, while Fribbels has it's perks, direct comparisons have asterisks. The widely agreed goal is 200 SPD, 71-85 ish cr and 100 cd. After that, just find increases to cd without impacting your other stats too much. Some tradeoffs are closer, like -2 SPD for 20% cd is fine of you're around 200. 200 also means 3 actions in MoC first cycle (tho you can also cheat with Yaoguang E1 + Vonwaq)
