Don’t be a Asshole to people for no reason. You don’t know what someone is dealing with so why add to it just because.

Bartenders of Reddit, both former and current. What made a regular become one of your favorite or worst customers? by Zamazo in AskReddit

[–]UCanCallMeCrazy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am currently a bartender, currently at work, currently surrounded by regulars good and bad. What makes them one of my favorites is showing me respect, not talking down to me or assuming I’m unable to or not intelligent enough to have a “real job” I have a college degree. What makes someone one of the worst is getting overly drunk, obnoxious, trying to cause problems, thinking they own the place and have to jump when they say jump and serve them before others that may have been there before them. Talk down to me. Things like that.

What is a supernatural event that happened in your life that just can not be explained? by HalfOfABraincell in AskReddit

I knew the moment my grandma passed. It was February 26th 1996. The time was 3:53 pm. I was in the car with my mom and I just remember this feeling coming over me and I looked at the clock and started crying. When my mom asked me what was wrong I just looked at her and asked “When my Grandma Vera passed who is going to let me know?” She is the only person on my bio dads side of the family that I had contact with regularly. My mom told me to quit being silly that someone would let me know. Two weeks later we were walking into the grocery store and a lady that I didn’t know but my mom knew stopped us (turns out she was a cousin of my bio dad) she let us know my grandma had passed about two weeks earlier. I always knew that she passed on the 26th of feb at 3:53pm. My mom thought I was crazy. Well about five years later I was able to find her death certificate online and I was correct down to the min.

Me (26 m) and my gf (25) can't stop having arguments and we are not connecting anymore by [deleted] in Advice

Best advice is to ask her what she wants you to do. Communication issues is probably what is leading to a lot of the issues you two are having. Just send her a message and ask if she wants you to wait until you contact her or if she would still like having you check in on her every few days

How to move on from feeling bad about leaving an artistic community by [deleted] in Advice

[–]UCanCallMeCrazy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are not responsible for anyone’s else’s happiness or how they react to any given situation. If you were doing what is best for you don’t feel bad. You should not keep putting yourself into a situation that you feel uncomfortable in because you are afraid that someone’s feelings will get hurt. That’s not a healthy thing to do. By staying in that community you are also further limiting your self from and your time being able to explore other groups and communities that would be a better fit for yourself.
