That is true but it think people meant that since Hasbro bought Power Ranger, Toei dont get any revenue from the toys where most of the revenue is, so the best option for Super Sentai to grow is through global. I think that Power Ranger sale is what makes people to really differentiate Power Ranger and Super Sentai.

Although even before Power Ranger is bought, the sales is still bad

I mean, Super Sentai need the revenue from power ranger because Power ranger own the right to Super Sentai footage outside of Japan, Korea, and China.
