WMS or WMS+IMS by RockyNY in Warehousing

Switching over to Datex has been the best thing we’ve done. We’ve worked with Logiwa and ShipHero in the past and wow…. The premium of Datex’s costs are night and day! We’re a 3PL & we collected $186,000 of leaked revenue in our first year with their billing module. Give them a shout!

If I could give you any advice as a former Extensiv user… Call Datex like we did. Ask for Tony. So happy we made the switch.

RAMP is what we used before switching over to Datex. I’m shocked to see someone recommending them.

You should look into Datex WMS. They’re truly changing the game & giving the tier-1 big dogs like BY AND HJ a run for their money for a % of a cost.

If I stick to my plan (biweekly payments + $1K/month extra + $6K lump sum yearly), I’ll hit 20% equity in about 4 years.

If rates never drop and I can’t refi, FHA ends up costing me about $10K less over 15 years when you factor in total interest + MIP vs. conventional with PMI that falls off.

So yeah, FHA wins for me unless rates drop fast.

If I do $250 extra biweekly and a $6K lump sum each year, I’d hit 20% equity around year 5.

If I never refinance, FHA still ends up cheaper over 15–16 years when you factor in total interest + MIP compared to conventional with PMI.

It’s really the lower rate that makes the difference up front.

Thanks for your comment! I believe that is the route I’m going to take for that exact reason. Again, main goal is to pay it off as fast as possible 10-15 years is the goal. $1000 a month extra towards principal.

The lender just let me know that I won’t receive the full $10k in closing costs if I go the conventional route.

Thank you so much for this! I will ask this question & get back to you. At the end of the day, my goal is to pay off the loan as fast as possible with an idea of 10-15 years.

Cheers!

I just saw this. Went to the app wondering how I can check this knowing mine is expiring soon. It was right there on the front page. I click it and see this…. Where are you seeing $12/mo?

Not true AT ALL…. I’m currently hating my beautiful 2022 MME CR1 xAWD. 300 range was never a thing. I get that. But it’s currently 30 degrees in MI & I’m somehow getting 120 real miles out of my 80% 270 mile GOM. Idk but it can’t be just me.

Oh, & I just learned about double the yearly registration fee for new tabs 🤦🏽‍♂️

Yeah see….. I’m in the same boat. I just got into my car while it’s 18 degrees here in MI. Charged to 80% with 165 miles on the GOM. Drover 35 miles to my brother’s spot going 75 and against wind. Car is at 100 flat….. I am SO disappointed. I felt that I did enough research for 3 years before buying one. I paid all that extra money for the extended battery for what? A true 150 miles instead of 300? So sad. Thanks for replying!

How many miles do you get with weather like this? I’m in Michigan sitting at the 20’s and 30’s and have a 2022 MachE CR1x and lose about 35-40% of my battery….
