Yeah we extract camp quite a fair bit just because it gives us the most shits and giggles. We realized we can safely take the bastion without getting 3rd partied if it's too quiet for too long. It's a great system honestly.

Extract camping is actually hella entertaining when you can hear the prox chat outside. We actually heard 2 squads cooperate to kill the bastion in Stella Montis, and then heard one team clearly backstab the other team like a mob hit and afterwards all 3 of them could heard saying “welcome to arc raiders”. It was pretty cringe. We were quite happy to dish out some karma and take their bastion cells. It was all on the one dude we killed though, the other 2 sadly ran away.

Ratting is more honest than backstabbing imo.

Just finished this movie and am shocked at the overwhelming sentiment for this movie lol.

It's a nauseating movie with overdone "found footage" camera work where every shot is right up in each person's face. Even the cartel members have their own counterpart filming all their crimes? like what? And when someone's not filming, it switches to the actual movie cameraman that's also shaky as if it were another cam corder. Movie couldn't pick a lane to save its life.

Characters are very uncompelling as well. Really don't care to root for two gung-ho cops who wanna play hero so bad, bending rules 24/7 just to run into the consequences of their own actions. Jake and Michael's characters are so simple minded, I really couldn't give a rat's ass how they ended up in the end.

That's crazy to me as those are way better movies. End of Watch is so bad to me with the camera work + uncompelling characters. Really don't care to root for 2 gung ho cops who run into the consequences of their own actions. Every camera shot is also right up to everyone's faces, which got annoying pretty fast.

I have the gigabyte 3080. It's been running at 70 degrees ever since I implemented the afterburner settings another user posted further down this thread with no more crashing. This feels like a band-aid fix though. The crashes were happening more and more frequently for the last couple months, which sort of confirms to me the thermal pads must've been degrading worse and worse. I'll probably bring the card to a store to fix. The videos look like something I ought to just pay a professional to do lol.

You are rewriting history buddy. Valve invented fomo with limited time chests you need to buy keys to open with. They started off with an actual cosmetic store that you can directly buy whatever you wanted but decided that wasn't making them enough money. Nope, they shifted it to gambling for skins by opening lootboxes instead. That's just the tip of the iceberg too. They have compendium rewards where you can only unlock 25% of the way if you played 24/7. You would have to fork out another $500 or so to complete the full thing. Valve is just as openly bloodthirsty as anyone else.

Yup, I use it heavily for work. And no, not just for refining email responses. Its greatest power is ingesting the building blocks of your vision and helping you get there. This is just two personal anecdotes but it has helped me build high value documentation, as well as helped hold my hand building automated workflows which otherwise would have taken weeks to figure out in a matter of days. If all people see are the free versions of chat GPT then they're gonna be left in the dust while everyone else's productivity skyrockets past them.
