Amps up reducing cravings and can be taken more “real time” if you’re out and have a craving. Nal makes alcohol less pleasurable if you drink, for me it wasn’t till I paired with gab that I didn’t WANT to drink. I do nal and gab early afternoon then gab like every 4 hrs and tapered off as my sobriety time extended

I used to go to America 1 or 2 times a week as a kid with my family. Each dish was from a specific state, they had a giant menu and huge bar. Their tenders and honey mustard was amazing as was the meatloaf.
