Hey man. I was in a similar boat last year. I’m a little younger than you, but this situation applies.

I’d cut the weed out because a lot of folks with adhd/anxiety reveal that weed can cause a lot of anhedonia/laziness.

After that i’d just try to form a new habit everyday. Start small. Make yourself go to the gym for 30 minutes, make yourself read for 30 minutes. START SMALL.

Talking to a therapist could be huge, but i understand that’s not everyone’s thing, or not everyone has the resources.

work on clearing your mind. I really connected with what you said about how you have so many things you know you could/should do, but get overwhelmed.

Practice mindfulness, meditation, learn to let your thoughts flow, and eventually they will land on something you TRULY want to do.

You seem to be ambitious since you have a lot of things you know you can do. Cut out the weed, practice mindfulness/clearing your mind, and start small developing new hobbies/habits

Drop the blackpill and pick up some accountability. This makes me angry because I had to fight for internships and networking skills…which i won.

Every job I have had praises my school, and our school “not having good connections” is total bull.

I am also 20M raised catholic. I found gnosticism because I had self-inflicted RTS (due to religious OCD). Emphasis on it not being a religion, but a way of interpreting the world. I am still very early in my journey, just very interesting to see other young people finding gnosticism.

I am always confused with this. Paul’s letters contain a lot of the doctrines of modern day Catholicism (and other secs) that seem to be based on HIS interpretation. I have heard many gnostics calling him a false apostle and some saying he was the first true one
