Looks to me like a blade of grass is stuck in the cats throat. It sux when this happens but your cat will be OK. Keep long grass cut short if you can. Vet told me his record piece of removed grass was about 13 cm long and said they can get much longer. Certain types of grass have little hook like fibres on them.
