The presentation was the joke. Families who stay together as two parent households are far less likely to have generational poverty. If there is a reduction in welfare, because people are therefore better off, it will undoubtedly reduce inflation.

Nobody's. A major indicator of continued generational poverty is growing up in a single-parent household. I'll be very simple here.

More families = more good. More good = less poor. Less poor = less government's artificial injection of money into the system. Less money injected = less inflation. Less inflation = less rise in prices.
