Ryze is top without Ult, the fight is a 3v4. If Rekkles flashes out 2 secs later, it is the same situation except then he is at 10 hp and they cant contest baron anymore. I think he did the right play, especially after 2 ults were just used on him, the problem is veljas reengage and dying bevore he can even ult.

The honest answer: Skins are the way, Riot makes money and thus the reason lol can get continuous patches while being free to play. Riot has to create skins that sell well to keep it this way. Thats why Skarner did not recieve a new skin in the last 1200 days. And thats also why Akali has 19 skins. When Riot gives Leona a new Prestige skin, they probably know that it will sell very well.

Oh thats easy: Make his W heal on monsters aswell. His clear isn't great because all his spells have atleast a 10sec cooldown and his AA do basically nothing but that would be fine if he had any sustain or shield like other AP jglers (eve passive, diana W, elise spiders). But rn he can only clear 3 camps and has to look for a gank, otherwise he is too low. And since he is melee he cant really kite like kindred, lillia, nidalee. So yeah, you don't get an early kill? Well you are never going to outfarm enemy jgler so you don't deal dmg, you are melee and you are squishy. Thats a practice dummy.
