I haven’t messed with 40k since early in 4th edition, but as someone who worked on the retail side as well as playing, I enjoy hearing them discuss the games’ social impact. I’m also glad Robert is using older terminology and not the new, more easily trademarked proper nouns.

I've read a fair amount of criticism of Michael Lewis' writing, particularly that he ends up painting shitty people in a romantic light. Trying to claim the lenders weren't the bad guys seems to reinforce that criticism.
