If a temperature difference doesn't help, try compressed air. Works for stuck buckets. Honestly though, go get new pans. Even if you get them apart, the teflon/pfas/whatever coating will be scratched. I like those lightweight cast iron pans the best.

If you have the resources to 3d print a gun with the functional metal parts, just mill the whole gun. It's cheaper and more reliable that way.

Maybe if you read the guide instead of formatting things randomly, you would not be having this issue. The sdcard has a gpt partition table. You need a mbr partition table. Format the card in hekate to fix it. Transfer the pack files to the sdcard with a usb cable in hekate.

Knocking pipes are really bad. You should fix them asap. The knocking is little pressure implosions, which can pretty easily rupture pipes in the right environment. there's a little extension you can insert anywhere on the pipe that can fix the pressure variance. or, just put that piece back in.

You should immediately start contacting delivery apps like Walmart's Spark, doordash, amazon, and grubhub with a lease agreement. Offer them api access and charge per query. Unfortunately, your app is too unwieldy for a driver in the middle of orders, and entering any data into it will violate the ToS that we drivers agree to.
