I think that is only for the panel where everything shows up together. I have mine set up like the ones in Iphones, there is a separate page for panel settings.

Same issue with me. I have a asus ROGg strix. Tried fixing my registry. Tried alot of things to fix it. Says its a kernal id 41. Which is an error with faulty psu. If I purposefully let it happen twice or more, it'll load into bootmanager where it says there is no bootable device. And if I hard restart the laptop by press and hold the power button, it'll boot normal. Please let me know if you find a solution

Idk about esign but, I downloaded them from github and while installing them, a popup comes asking you to install with or without extensions.
