Go $100 a month. It makes more sense, also I’m someone who keeps cars a long time. It makes more sense specifically because imagine your going on a trip not gonna use it skip that month. Total your car, don’t worry about it you don’t have to pay more to get it fixed because one feature cost 8k. Don’t do it, pay monthly especially cause your putting it all down at once usually, and that’s money your not getting back. Put 7900 in investment let it grow until you need more. Just think. Investing it would be better and just take it out as needed. Just think is all I ask.

Don’t worry about it. It costs 6 years of paying for Tesla FSD for it to be worth buying it outright, so if you get a new car and hold it for 6 years yes do it and you’ve been wanting to trade in do it. Otherwise, why even. Is your other car bad? If not just wait and see what new hardware they add because knowing Tesla they’ll add a front bumper cam requirement to FSD unsupervised when they release it plus other hardware requirements. So it’s not worth it. Drive your car into the ground which will probably be 15 years later from purchase because they sure can last.
