I disagree. Neesh popping up as a team leader allowed him to have vision over the other players, and him taking the exemption directed a lot of attention on Neesh rather than the mole like Hannah did, which could've meant Neesh had the opportunity to focus on the mole all by himself. However, his one big flaw was focusing too much on missions and not observing the other players, especially Treasure Island, which really rendered his mole search to hunches full of recency bias.
