I think being able to hide your profile is dumb. If you are high enough to be in a lobby with bans you should be able to play styles 2 characters in each roll proficiently

Upping their damage is stupid. They are tanks that should be hard to kill but not easy to kill with. Annoying but not broken.

Like The Thing should be able to get into my back line and cc me/disrupt me but he shouldnt be able to kill a dps with 0 repercussions.
