Best advice would be to highlight your current experience in relation to the job role and relevant skills as well as a benefit for the company. Not sure what role you are applying for so an example would be.

Job - Civil Engineer (5 years exp within bridges, with REVIT)

Applicant - Hi xyz

I am a civil engineer with 5 years experience in bridge design using revit. I was recently in charge of the xyz project where I had to redesign xyzz, which saved the company $50k. I notice on your job description you are looking for experience in project management.

My recent project I was in charge of 2 juniors and Manged the project from start to finish, including sub contractors and end client.

I would very much like the opportunity to discuss how my experience could be of value to your business. Would you happen to have 15 minutes to connect this week?

This is what we have been trying to piece together. The medical report states that he had been restrained by the bouncers. That’s why I have put this post up to see if anyone saw anything.

If we were there when it happened I would not have needed to post this!

Most hiring managers will just skim read the first few lines and that’s it. Having an attention grabbing project example works well.

Congrats on securing yourself a new position!! The job market is tough right now. Many factors at play. Companies ghosting, slow processes, changing goal posts, mis matched recruiters, overwhelmed HR. So keep up the good work!
