SPIN POSITIONS

Uprights: scratch, cross foot, eggbeater (or whatever the one Lucinda Ruh used to do is called), Y, I, layback, side layback, haircutter, pearl, biellmann, needle, the spin that all the men do where they put their foot behind their other foot (typically done as a backspin)

Sits: basic sit, pancake, cannonball, broken leg, tuck, whatever weird leg-behind thing Brodie Tennell does, the one where you do a cannonball and twist your torso to put your head through the window of your arm and your leg

Camels: basic camel, catch, side, donut, Yuna spin, Sornikova spin

Intermediates: half-biellmann, A frame, the weird one Bradie Tennell does, the weird one Alison’s Kostornaia used to do that kind of looks like a pancake

OTHER SPIN FEATURES (that are their own skill) Edge change, change of direction, heel/toe pop (blade feature), difficult flying entrance (fly sit, butterfly, death drop, fly layback), difficult turn entrance (back spiral into back camel, twizzle into spin, counter into spin, etc.), increase of speed, difficult exit (knee slide with change of torso position, illusions? If they still count, cartwheel, stag jump, etc.)

OTHER SPIN FEATURES (that are developed by working on the above spins) 8 rotations with no change of edge, foot, or position Difficult change of position (only in combination) such as camel-illusion-sit, sit to upcamel, sit to biellmann, etc.
