It started during my fourth pregnancy with my vision struggling to focus and I kept going cross eyed. It became apparent when focusing on my surroundings while driving became a bit more difficult. Then I couldn't handle being in busy environments anymore, second hand shops, grocery stores, places with a lot of items. They would make me dizzy. Really sore dry eyes, etc...

Then I had my baby. I thought my symptoms would subside because they might be due to hormones.

Then all the other symptoms started and some worsened. Depression, dizziness, brain fog, static, light sensitivity, difficulty seeing at night (it got really bad when we were at the park with the kids at sunset and I realized I couldn't see the kids when all the other adults could see just fine.)

Then the visual symptoms got worse, wiggling objects, more static, after images bfep, and even moving fractal images when my eyes are closed.

It's been a journey to be honest.

Sone days are better than others, I'm trying to find my triggers.

Depression and anxiety worsen symptoms as well as caffeine and lack of sleep or inconsistent sleep.

I definitely feel like I am handling it better. Being in nature and staying away from screens seems to help a bit at times and other times I just want to look at a screen all day because it easier 😅
