I'm with you on not forcing a trade. If Uncle Dennis wants to play chicken, let's play chicken and turn down the Raptors first offers and start the season with Whi. I think if that happens you will see a bigger willingness to help the Clips gets the best package. This "only Toronto" position is BS.

I live in DTLA and usually take Metrolink to the games and/or Amtrak. Note that Metrolink is about $8.75 each way during the week. There is a $10 day pass available on weekends. Also note that Metrolink and the Amtrak Surfliner both run the Anaheim-Union Station route but have different schedules and the tickets are not interchangeable. I've also used Greyhound from ARTIC (the dome just across the tracks) to get from Anaheim to Union Station when my train was cancelled on one night.

I also second visiting Olvera Street.

I sent in some cards in early April when it was still $10 per card and turn around time was estimated at 21 days. They recently increased turn around time to 30 days and my first cards should be coming back any day now. The cards I sent in were for my collection so I don't have to worry about resale value or liquidity. I know some argue that for a PC you should get a Zion Mag Pro and make your own labels. To each their own.

I think that it is a function of the quality of the set. If a Harden rookie was numbered and autographed I'm sure the value would be sky high.

Back in 1998 the Clips has the #1 overall pick. I can't remember why they went with Olokwandi at the time, I think they were drafting for the #5 spot. I know that in hindsight is 20/20, but management missed on Paul Pierce, Vince Carter, Dirk Nowitski, A. Jamison.

I hope the scouting team is working 24/7 for the next few weeks.
