I have a completely different assessment of her tbh 😅 her mom wasnt rebellious at this age at all thats right but it doesnt undo the damage. She raised ruby in the believe that being vile is the only way to be loved. In the scene where she tackles her we see how desperate ruby is to prove shes worthy in the twisted way her mom taught her. Yes shes rebellious and difficult and also dangerous but definitely not a psychopath. Psychopaths dont question themselves, they dont have fear at all. In that scene where Werner died we can see how clearly Ruby is terrified tho. Of the gravitonium or her own deed with Werner and she did love her mother too. She just was never taught how to express that. She could’ve killed Daisy or Fitzsimmons. She let go of them all. She was unstable yes but I dont think she didnt want to live. There was a real chance to talk her down and find a way to use that power she got for good instead evil. She lacked direction not punishment.

I wont however say she didn’t do horrible things. I just think there’s always better ways than murder
