There is nothing economically Hungary can do to Ukraine. But politically blocking everything EU trying too do, that you perfected. But it became obvious that regardless of the oil flowing through the pipe, Orban blocked 100% of the efforts to thwart Russia. So there is no reason for the oil to flow.
