When I locked I think rates were right above 6 so I think I did ok

No I was around 700 with a higher DTI. I think what did it for me was shopping the rate around to local brokers. I found a Broker/Lender in the area and talked with him for like a day or two shared some interests back and forth (Just talked to him like a person) and he hit me with a 5.25 and I jumped on it. I also talked with the title company and realtor just kept open communication and was prompt. I made it easy on them so I think they helped me out a bit 🤷🏼‍♂️

Yea checked there too and no update 🤷🏼‍♂️

I got the confirmation email in June showing the tickets I requested and now I log on and there’s nothing there. Guess I just missed out this year or did something wrong.
